I love learning. I’m an avid reader and enjoy watching PBS documentaries. I have a passion for teaching and helping others.
My teaching experience includes:
- GED preparation and ESL instruction in partnership with Columbia University, New York;
- Elementary and High School level instruction including SAT preparation in Ghana, West Africa;
- ESL instruction serving refugee learners in a Milwaukee, WI community organization;
- and homeschooling my two children for the past five years.
I received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 2006. I obtained my TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certification in 2011. I am currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Teacher Education (expected May 2023).
